GDPR Article 28, 3§

« Processing by a processor shall be governed by a contract or other legal act under Union or Member State law, that is binding on the processor with regard to the controller and that sets out the subject-matter and duration of the processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of personal data and categories of data subjects and the obligations and rights of the controller (…) ».

You are a legal entity and client with us for this type of service:

  • Accounting mission;
  • Tax mission;
  • Payroll accounting;
  • Company incorporation and domiciliation;
  • More generally, whenever you ask us to process personal data belonging to you and we have a certain margin of discretion to assess the purposes and means of the processing.

The Luxembourg Law of 12 November 2004 on the fight against money laundering and against the financing of terrorism

As tax and business consultants in Luxembourg, we are also subject to the requirements of the Luxembourg Law of 12 November 2004:

  • Client identification and verification of the client’s identity ;
  • The identification of the beneficial owner as well as the identification of ownership and control structures with regard to legal persons ;
  • Identification and assessment of the purpose and intended nature of the business relationship ;
  • exercising constant vigilance of the business relationship, in particular by examining the transactions concluded and, if necessary, the origin of the funds.
